Adding new features and bug fixes today
Some new features going in today:
- Option to auto scale the table with the browser window. If you want your table to scale with its parent div enable autoResize:true and be sure you are allowing your parent div to scale with the window. Either by giving it a width and height of 100% or with javascript. Works both ways.
- Side scrolling. If the columns reach their minimum size and they are still not all visible in the view, the table adds a horizontal scroll bar that will scroll both the fixed header and the body. When scrolling vertically the header remains fixed. If there is an optional cloned footer that will also scroll. If you are using your own footer for pagination or the likes then it remains stationary.
I’ve also fixed a bug where really tiny tables had an issue with the borders for columns being off by 1 px.
Expect this to be posted both here and at jQuery Plugins later today.
